What you’ll do:

  • Work side-by-side with attorneys and clients to perform research and analysis in highly technical intellectual property litigation matters.
  • Advise patent litigation teams based on your technical area of expertise in telecommunications and 4G/5G wireless.
  • Research and analyze prior art; prepare infringement and invalidity charts and assist attorneys with claim construction issues.
  • Work with inventors, technical experts and technical witnesses.
  • Assist attorneys in technical aspects of litigation matters, such as preparation of technology tutorials for use in depositions, litigation and client pitches.

 

Who you are:

  • You have an advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science or closely related field.
  • You have expert knowledge and/or expertise in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science or 5G / wireless technology.
  • You have 1-5 years of engineering experience in an applicable professional field
  • You have strong interpersonal skills.
  • You have strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

 

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000. The salary offered will depend upon qualifications and experience and will be adjusted for flex-time schedules.
